Refund policy

At TCG Bros, we carefully inspect products before dispatch.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will only be considered where an item is determined to be defective, damaged, or otherwise eligible under Australian Consumer Law.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including all original packaging and contents.

Order Cancellations

Refund requests made after an order has been confirmed may be subject to cancellation and payment processing fees. As a result, the refunded amount may be less than the original purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or exchange:

• Minor packaging imperfections
• Factory seal variations
• Small dents, creases, or scratches on packaging
• Minor print or paint imperfections
• Manufacturing variations
• Damage caused after delivery
