- Carrier delays
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Public holidays
- Incorrect customer information
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.
Any costs associated with returned parcels due to incorrect address details may be charged to the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with an investigation.
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, shipping timeframes and delivery performance are outside of our control.
