Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

TCG Bros reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock shortages, or breaches of these Terms.

Presale Products

Presale items are governed by our Presale Policy. By purchasing a presale item, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCG Bros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Trading Card Condition Disclaimer

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, manufacturers may produce packaging and cards with minor imperfections. TCG Bros cannot guarantee specific card conditions, centering, grading outcomes, or pull rates from sealed products. Opened products, booster packs, and trading card singles cannot be returned due to change of mind or dissatisfaction with contents received.

Presale Policy

By purchasing a presale item from TCG Bros, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposit Requirement

All presale items require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total purchase price at the time of ordering.

Stock Allocation

Presale items are subject to supplier stock allocations and availability. While we make every effort to secure all ordered products, presale items are not guaranteed and are reliant on the quantity allocated to us by our distributors and suppliers.

Cancellation Policy

Preorders and presale items cannot be cancelled by the customer. If you choose to cancel your order for any reason, your 20% deposit will be forfeited.

Allocation Shortages

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your presale order due to insufficient stock allocation or supplier issues, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including your deposit.

Final Payment

Once stock allocations have been confirmed and received, you will be notified via the email address provided at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of the notification being sent.

Failure to pay the outstanding balance within the 7-day payment period will result in the order being cancelled and your deposit being forfeited.
